On May 1, 1931, Gerald Charles Genta was born in Geneva to an Italian father and a Swiss mother. Upon completing his jewelry and goldsmith education, he was employed by the Swiss fashion firm Universal Genève, a maker of high-end timepieces. This was because he was fascinated with art, painting, and design.

2. Audemars Piguet Royal Oak

3. Patek Philippe Nautilus

Another masterpiece of watchmaking was created in 1976 by Genta’s creative talent. Because of its flawless balancing of elegant and sporting lines, it continues to be the object of all collectors’ desire.
